At LymeBrave Foundation, we’re focused on gentle, accessible support systems that offer ease and comfort for the mind, body, and spirit—resources that are simple to use and available right in your hand on days when life with Lyme feels overwhelming and illness hits hardest. That's why we created LymeBrave's Comfort Corner.

This is a space where you can rest your mind and reset your nervous system. From playlists featuring uplifting music medicine or anthems for encouragement to supportive apps and cozy games to coloring pages to remind you how brave you are, we'll help you get through the harder days one moment at a time.

Music is a powerful healer, as uplifting melodies and meaningful lyrics can offer comfort, encouragement, and small moments of emotional relief. Music is universal, helping us feel seen and less alone.

LymeBrave's playlist, Stronger Than Lyme, was created as a simple way to reconnect with hope while navigating ongoing challenges. Let these songs remind you of your resilience and strength that can still be found even on the hardest days.

Finch is a gentle self-care app that helps users manage daily routines, emotional wellness, and small achievable goals—especially helpful for individuals living with chronic illness, fatigue, or cognitive challenges.

Having trouble staying on track with simple daily tasks? One of our favorite and personally-used apps is Finch, a free self-care companion designed to help with daily routines, mood tracking, and gentle goal-setting through a soft and encouraging approach. 

Finch helps break the day into small, manageable steps while staying connected to routines that feel supportive and fun. Create your Finch avatar, known as a "birb," add a few goals, and you're on your way! Send your birb on adventures and complete your "quests" to collect coins that you can use to shop and customize its wardrobe and home. And you won't be traveling alone! With each quest you'll have a companion "micropet"—build consistency and hatch more micropets! Participate in wellness activities like breathing exercises, reflective journaling, and mood tracking, and connect with other Finch friends directly in the app. 

What we love most about Finch is its Guardianship program. While Finch is a free app with tons of fun and helpful tools, their premium subscription takes it one step further. Through donations from their Guardians, you can enter a monthly raffle to be gifted a free Finch Plus subscription! This makes Finch Plus accessible to all who can benefit from it.

From calming puzzles on zen mode like Bejeweled and I Love Hue to gentle interactive experiences like Animal Crossing, FarmVille, and Tsuki’s Odyssey, each one provides a soft way to engage the mind during brain fog without the pressure.
